Set up filtering, understand rule priority, and resolve the most common issues.

Enable FlyAway on iPhone

Open Messages and tap Filters.
Tap Manage Filtering, then Text Message Filter.
Turn on FlyAway. On earlier iOS versions, use Settings → Apps → Messages → Unknown & Spam.

Troubleshooting

A known sender was not filtered

This is expected. iOS primarily offers unknown-sender messages to third-party filters.

The wrong rule won

Move the rule that should win higher in the list. FlyAway stops at the first match.

iCloud rules are not syncing

Confirm the purchase is restored, iCloud Drive is enabled, and both devices use the same iCloud account. Then tap Sync Now in Settings.
